I was at the game and it was one of our best efforts so far.

It's really not hank's fault but for some reasons, the team seems to play better for Cam (so far).

It is what it is. Until that changes, you keep playing Cam. And you play Hank to spell Cam. Not the other way around. Sorry Hank. This is a results business. It was how you took the job from Kevin weeks some 9 years ago.

Nobody really thought Toronto was going to reverse that call, right? The idiot ref did not blow the whistle. Kadri played to the whistle. Can't blame him.

Could someone give some love for Brassard. He's been outstanding the last two games. And since they've been using the Boyle/Dorsett/moore combo to defense the first line, so the other lines can attack, it's been a different team.

If only Nash and Stepan weren't stinking up the ice, this could be a dynamite team ready to go on a real run.

Stepan has been terrible . Lol it's been almost half a season and he hasn't snapped out of it.

What really annoys me is that this player held out for more money like he was so deserving , mean while when del Zotto was up for contract he resigned quick and quietly for a real good deal for us and everyone gets on him . Not that I'm saying DZ has been good or I'm a fan boy but peoples views here are so biasis some time

Btw zucc has been amazing so far , def. most consistent Ranger . I can only imagine him on a team like Chicago with actual scorers that he could set up

I'm mostly amazed at his tenacity along the boards. Dude gets a lot of pucks against much bigger men.

Stepan has 23 points. Only 2 points behind Zucc.

Could he be better? Sure. But he has not been bad. His play defensively had been quite good.

Really the only difference in his play has been his shooting percentage dropping from ~12% down to 7%. But that will correct itself over time

It's more than just shooting percentage. Stepan was a force last season. He was always making plays and always noticeable. This year he hasn't been close to that.

You bandwagon fans crack me the fu*k up! There are gonna be stretches of games this as we get closer to the playoffs you guys are gonna thank your lucky stars that Hank and Nash are sporting the Ranger red, white and blue
Give me a break already bunch of haters

I have a lot of confidence that Hank and Step will put it back together.

I have a lot less confidence that Nash will put anything back together.

I really hope I'm wrong but he just looks like a$$ right now.

But why wasn't the whistle blown when the ref lost sight of the puck? Or did he see it through the goal and Cam the entire time? lol

No clue at all why the whistle wasn't blown. Completely ridiculous. Also really dislike not using Kreider in overtime. He's our biggest/fastest forward and can easily be dominating with more room on the ice. We can definitely find him for some potential breakaways or 1 on 1 type opportunities.

Wouldn't put it this way. I'd say that I have less confidence that Nash is gong to find his game this season. It definitely is looking like there is still something wrong with him. I'm hoping that Nash does not get selected to the Canadian Olympic squad and gets better.

Maybe one day the Rangers will figure out that the best way to keep players from poking one in around the net is to knock a guy on his ass. Boyle getting physical with the post and barking at the ref...joke.

This season?

So we have that to look forward to. The prospect thrills me no end. I don't think you have to worry about the Olympics, he can barely play with the Rangers.

As bad as that call was, you are perfectly correct.

Random question but does anyone know what song was playing before the shootout started? It was an EDM song and I've heard it multiple times but don't know the name and it's driving me insane

Miller had the second most SOG despite playing the least out of all players. He seriously had a tremendous game. Hope he keeps it up.

Justin Falk quietly had a great game, too.

Hey guys, Remember how Toronto was vastly superior to Minnesota and we would get attacked a ton more?

While it was a nice change of pace. I can't help but feel this was more due to the leafs sucking more than him improving.

Actually, Miller and Pouliot appear to have some really good chemistry and both seem to play a lot better when they're on the ice together.

Well, it's the entire team, really.
