LD Rasmus Sandin - Rogle BK, SHL (2018, 29th, TOR)

They always give these awards three last year eligible players. In no way was he better than Söderström overall in this tournament.

Oh ok what about the players:

Swedish centre David Gustafsson was frustrated to see another blatant attempt to injure.
"It's the second game in a row," said the Winnipeg Jets prospect. "We're leading the game and they just go slashing. It's on our best player, too.“

Really doubting your grasp on hockey if you see Jake Gardiner from Rasmus Sandin. One skates himself out of trouble using his edges, the other using positioning.

In the game vs Russia Sweden defense was good only in 5 vs 4 situations and was grossly outplayed in 5 vs 5. That's including Sandin, who was outplayed in 3 vs 3 as well, wwhich costed Sweden the game.

That was a team issue, not Sandin.
Crosby also got outplayed in the Isles series. Does that make him a 4th line centre.
Don't post dumb stuff.

Damn. If only Sandin didn’t get 4 primary points, including 2 goals, then Russia would have won in regulation and a weak goal during 3 on 3 overtime wouldn’t have defined Sandin’s career (in your eyes). Bad luck for him, being so good this game, I guess

...except he didn't get 4 primary points. Did you even watch the game?
