I'm a straight shooter. I had Provorov in his own tier, then Bear, Nielsen, Jones, Hicketts, Sanheim and a few others in the next class.

He's your typical big bodied WHL Dman, he looks every bit the part as a future NHLer. I have no doubts Nielsen will play in the NHL, even if it's only as a bottom pairing guy. He brings a nastiness and size that GMs still covet on D.

haha im in the same boat. The guys ive drafted over the years in my keeper pools have been insane due to just knowing haha... I can predict dmen potential extremely easier than forwards. And this year Nielsen is my guy... hes my darkhorse to get in a lot of NHL games this year and play extremely well and turn heads

Honestly, looks like a Jr game. Lots of sloppy plays, penalties, etc.. Should be expected though given that most of the guys playing are youngsters that are not used to playing with one another.

Looked great at the rookie tournament, during scrimmages, and looking great so far early pre-season.

He could be as high as their 4th best prospect after the big 3 if he keeps improving the way he has in such a short period of time

Same, I can evaluate Dmen way easier than forwards just due to playing it growing up. You know what to look for (i.e. skating and how they transition, first pass on the breakout, head up first pass, etc.).
