7 dollar bet for the US gets ya 2 cents.
After last night's game which was an upset, no way in hell Latvia wins this one. They put all they had last night. Lol at scheduling makers giving Latvia back to back games vs Canada and USA
So that means 2 cents on Latvia returns at least 5 or 6 bucks right? Should have gotten in on that action

it amazes me how can latvians keep up with the americans, almost whole US squad is from NCAA while 7 latvians are from NAHL/USHS which are 2 steps below

The NAHL has become a pretty good leauge in the past few years. Lot of those guys get D1 scholarships to play in the NCAA. My local team for example has 8 guys already heading to D1 next year. One of them currently playing in the U18s and another called up to the USNTDP for a stint. There's definitely more talent there than we've seen in awhile.

2 of the NAHL guys are scratches and the '27 draft eligible Naudins (USHS) isn't playing.

1 of the remaining 4 is 2008-born and will move to USHL/NCAA eventually, just like the 3 others.

Most of them are NCAA commited. It's just that they literally have to finish high school first.
