Cause Cameron is a shit coach. Also, why does Cameron hate Dickinson?
You just want to complainAnd if my aunt had balls...
Is that what they did? Pathetic if trueHahaha, you get what you deserve Team Canada, for playing politics and not selecting the best roster because some players are not playing in the canadian junior leagues.
That smugness?Latvia deserves all the credit in the world. They should have been DOA after the 2-1 goal but they kept their heads down and battled to tie it and then threw everything including the kitchen sink to keep that game from ending in OT.
That being said, Canada is also pathetic. They played so smugly early in the game with all the bullshit dangling and hero play they tried to do for most of the first two periods. And the less said about that shootout, the better. Cowen's, ahem "attempt" looked like the type of shit someone tries to do in the EA sports games before they realize the leg kick does approximately f*** all.
I have a feeling Latvia gets taken to town by the US tomorrow, but they earned every second of this high they're likely on right now.
Easy to get goalied when the whole plan is firing low quality perimeter shots at him the whole game.Canadian fans need to relax, you just just got “goalied”
Moneypuck probably would have the xG for Canada at 6 and Latvia 2.
And they're going to be screwed even worse in the future if they continue like this after even more players will migrate to the NCAA, with the new rules. They decided to get all cute and big brained by leaving some of the best talent at home.
What am I complaining about exactly? You just want to complain
Canada dominated that game.
Man the way you probably celebrated the Leafs winning a single playoff series….stop.In what way? We once beat Canada in a preliminary game before getting eliminated?
They decided to get all cute and big brained by leaving some of the best talent at home.
If Steve Spott survived to the end, so will this guy.Canada should do the first ever intra-tournament rebuild in WJC history. Fire the GM and coach mid tournament
I think it's a bit of both.Yeah, but shouldn't the expectation be to win a few games? Or do they just show up hoping to not get swept?
Man the way you probably celebrated the Leafs winning a single playoff series….stop.
this guys awesome.A day worth for first post is surely today!
Gonna post AGAIN in next five years.
No because Jack Hughes understands how to a) make those moves work to score and b) how to shoot the puck instead of trying to do a shitty between the legs play for the 15th time that period. That smugness?
You must also hate Jack Hughes on breakaways.
You just want to complain
Canada dominated that game.
im out of the loop, can someone sumup the Canada Hockey politics that kept out some of the more well known players e.g. Parekh, Yak, etc
I think it's a bit of both.
Beating a team like Canada should give them that mindset now that they feel they could beat anybody. Even if they don't, this is a stepping stone for the program. A few years ago they were getting pumped. Now they are beating a hockey power. Baby steps in a macro picture.
Yeah, hard to say how much better they would be but they definitely left some talent out due to politics. Of course they're not going to ignore you if you're a superstar player but otherwise the odds are against you.Is that what they did? Pathetic if true
Bro, it’s Latvia. They don’t exactly ever have much to cheer about at this tournament. lol. Good for them.Does Latvia know it's not a medal game?
Jeez that celebration. They might not even advance.
