OK, main board, the Kings are finally guilty of feasting on weak Pacific teams.

The only problem with Van, FOR Van, is that they're in the playoff chase. Otherwise they could sell off some vets for some more great picks and 'rebuild' on the fly. I think they'll learn from what SJ hasn't done vs. what Boston has. Either that, or they're going to be in the black hole for a long, long time...think 90s-2000s Kings teams.

Honesty, I would be absolutely shocked if VAN is still in the playoff hunt come March. As horrible as ANA has been, they are still only 5 points behind VAN and out of a playoff spot. I still believe it will be a California trifecta for the Pathetic Division playoff bracket...even with the schizo-sharks playing like they are right now.

I mean, I think when Van is fully healthy, they're not a 'strong team' but they're a pain in the ass to beat and have proven to cockroach their way to OT. I'm not sure if that's better or worse than the other teams who have their own warts. I think they could stay in it, unfortunately for them.

I also think that Anaheim is coming though and just in time for us to start playing them.
