That Pitt team has zero concept of team Defense, it's a miracle they win games at all.

Nolan was a beast tonight, probably get a call from the league on that ref push, but Nolan played with passion tonight.

There's been far worse pushing off the refs when guys are trying to scrap. I'd be surprised if anything comes of it.
 
Probably fine Nolan, I don't think Nolan had any bad intent behind that.

If he gets suspended, o well, chalk it up to a learning experience.

Also pens fans, wow are they ready to roast the coach. They want that guy fired, and Scuds to get chucked into the ocean. Lol

It looks to me like he was just saying, that he barely touch the Pens player. Like this. No call on the ice, so the linesmen wasn't upset about it.
 
Also that video is gold, how many times did the Pens PBP team say "You can't do that".

Honestly they haven't been as bad since Crosby is having a tough season, but still, awful.
 
I could feel that tying goal coming late in the game. Impressed by Mersch, for being his first NHL game he didn't look out of place at all. The team is highly impressive this year, they keep finding ways to get 2 points. I definitely like the Pens less after their ludicrous display tonight.

It would be better if regulation wins were worth more then shootout wins ( say 3 points compared to 2) but in no way should a shootout lose be equal to a regulation loss. A 3-2-1-0 system would be much better.
 
It was great to come out of the shootout with the win. How about that last save in the shootout from Quick? He finally got one of those "behind the back" saves. :handclap:

Hope they have enough in the tank for tomorrow's game.

No, not at all.

Lewis is a possession beast, and one of the best Kings at gaining zone entry, and playing 200ft.

When Lewis is not in the lineup, it is very noticeable.
 
Kings jump ahead of that ****-tard team from NYC, you know, the one with God for a goalie.

Were they not supposed to go 98-0 this season? ****ing boring ass team with a system goalie passing up the ordained, what is this ****ing NHL coming to?
 
I bet Nolan gets a fine for pushing the ref, but Hedman's flying elbow to Clifford's head that put him on the injury list is not even worth a phone call. SMH
