LAK 3 : MTL 2 - Are we playing on Saturday?

It will be interesting to see how Anaheim does on the tail end of a 3 games in 4 nights trip, after the Kings played them on the tail end of a 3-in-4.

But obviously, the doom-and-gloomers will ignore all circumstances and assume the Kings will suck and lose anyway.
 
They better not play like this on Saturday, bring up the intensity to 11 and for ****s sakes pound the living hell out of Perry, Perron and Kesler. No more of this pansy, tail tucked between the legs hockey.

Funny how people see things differently. I thought scuds stick work tonight was amazing.

Sure then his passing the puck around like a grenade leading to the PK goal and getting caught flat footed on the 2nd goal.. but yea he had a solid night. Good stick work.

Can't wait to see it against a team that puts more pressure in the O-zone.
 
I really don't want the Ducks to get a record 11th straight win against us. Please win on Saturday, Kings.
 
That was just about as excruciating as possible.

Pretty clear the Kings' focus was not in this game though.
 
That was a very one sided affair, but Montreal did play last night and it was once again a one goal win.

Let's also see if the Kings can manage to stay out of the box against the Ducks. Last Sunday was a mess with how frequently they were shorthanded.
 
Its 2 points, but a pretty mediocre effort. If we get BTFO again by the ****heads I'm gonna be salty. Versteeg didn't really impress either. King's goal was awesome though.

Yea from what I saw, he lost the puck quite a few times tonight
 
Kings used to fight back cos they knew if they ended up with penalties, they could kill it off. This season, I think Sutter is telling them not to retaliate cos the PK is pretty average.
 
Glad we got the win, but it was a lackluster win for sure. Seemed like both teams weren't in it at all. Just plodding along.

They will have played 3 in 4, but with the day's rest between tonight and the Sat game. We played 3 in 4, but it was the tail end of the back to back, so a little different. I'm just glad we'll have a day off before playing them. You could see the effect with the back to back situation.
