Because then they'd have the goalie who won the Cup in 2014.Really going out on a limb there. Question is why would NY do this?

JAD will get a deal somewhere. Thought a couple of years ago he would push Lizotte out but he never did. Like the player but not someone I will lose sleep over if LA does not bring back.
Sorta like Amadio.
It's a difficult far fetched scenario, but it could be done.how does LA fit Ullmark?
Mind boggling stupidity. This is reasonable, but it's just another 'oh well' on a pile of 'well he trieds'.
Like at some point the thousand paper cuts add up.
This is just another case of a guy not getting a proper chance and his development getting all f***ed up but instead of moving him for an asset--even a lesser draft pick--you're letting a former 2nd round pick do f***all for several years then just letting him walk for free. If it were one in isolation? Sure. But this is faaaar from that.
Re the goaltending pipeline they didn't qualify Ingham either lmao. So that leaves Copley-Portillo as the only goalies in the org.
Blake: "Hold my beer"Thank f*** they didn't qualify MacEwen, what a f***ing useless player he was.
His offer was very small, but he had arbitration rights. Scoring 7 goals is likely all he needed to note to receive a higher, unaffordable figure thru that acrimonious process.I think they'll resign JAD, I don't know what his qualifying offer would've been, but if they believe they can get him cheaper then they will. He really doesn't have a lot of leverage.

Would love that add.Adding another tough guy, Jonah Gadjovich.
Why would he re-sign?I think they'll resign JAD, I don't know what his qualifying offer would've been, but if they believe they can get him cheaper then they will. He really doesn't have a lot of leverage.

He's someone I'd give term to; say 2 years/850kHe's only 24.
