Who sits when Vilardi comes back?

Lemieux and Grundstrom are both extras at this point too. Does AI go down to the fourth line?

Or Kassian or Nick Ritchie.

Kings could really deal one of JAD or Grunny for a player who actually can hit and drop them.

We definitely could use the upgrade. Lemieux has been a liability in just about every game. Bad penalty, or a rep call , he's just bad luck on the ice. He's not good enough to justify what his role is.

Well fortunately, as per like 9,999 times out of 10,000, nobody got hurt during warm ups and it doesn't matter at all.
Fortunately yes. But not a great argument from the kings perspective when we've seen all the weird injuries happen to this team the last few seasons, and this exact situation arising this season. Not when there are other obviously much better healthy options available. And not when they are still playing meaningful games. It's not like last year when they were just looking for healthy bodies playing in beer leagues.

Please show your work because outside of this year when he's getting deployed like Erik Karlsson the analytics are far from flattering.

Arizona trusts GHOST more as a two way d-man than Chychrun and he's having a superior all-around year even with Chychruns pillowsoft deployment.

Yeah, he's never put in the heavy situations. The driving force of this deal id that he's a LHD, and on a good contract. The other stuff isn't good. This deal isn't happening if he's a righty.

Luck is a strategy. Also life is a highway.

Kings have too many of the same type of player - Moore, JAD, Grundstrom, and Iafallo - all have decent hands, can put up 10-15 goals, but besides Tank, don't really play physical. They can def afford to move on from one of those type of players and it's not likely Moore.

The team needs to make room for an effective Lemieux type player whether it's a Ritchie, Kassian, Comtois, etc.

i think Iafallo is more sound defensively than the others you have listed

We should threaten to start one of the struggling goalies against AZ on the back to back if they don't cough up Chychrun before. Go after their tank.
:naughty:

Sounds like Cal or Walker
No he was spit balling. It was pure speculation that various people are no recycling as if it was based on anything other than his imagination. He made it crystal clear that’s all he was doing… guessing.

Tell me about it. We had stages of grief going on when Kypreos tweeted Clarke was being sent. Now we swung completely in the other direction it appears. Least now the main board could read the "wait, they're getting Walker and Lemieux?!".

Nice win...Mikey Andersson a monster. Kings depth on RHD comically absurd and the longer nothing happens with Chychrun the less inclined I believe a deal will happen. Copley the savior simply for giving the Kings NHL Level goaltending. Do agree....time for Kupari/Fiala; I like Lizotte as undersized fireplug but him and Fiala shouldnt be on the same line- seems like a misuse of Fialas skill. Props to Jim Hiller for working some new looks on the PP and props to Tmac for letting him employ it. Fox mentioned using Kaliyev as a psuedo rover was interesting.

Kings with 7 different players above 10 goals......Iafallo, Moore & JAD only a couple goals away from the list. Roy 3 away as well....for a 7th rd pick Roy was a homerun selection.

Is it this typical for teams to sit possible trade assets almost 3 weeks before the deadline? Surely there’s gotta be some moves coming very soon?
