Durzi is getting more than three time the PK time and is playing some of the hardest minutes on the Kings on his wrong side while Chychrun is getting literally THE most favorable on AZ to juice his trade value.

Neither guy is a defensive savant but AZ is doing everything they can to hide JC's issues while LA is bringing Durzi's to the forefront

I think so but we also have have d-men playing out of position. I’m thinking that if they are really interested in him they are going to put all their cards in for a dmen and figure out the goalie problem in the offseason. Maybe that’s why they also resigned Cop so he feels more secure in net.
 
If Blake is trying to get Chychrun, I think the package will be Dman heavy after they got Cooley and Geekie. Guess the question would be… what does that package look like?
Is Vejmelka part of the package?

Whatever the deal is and whatever people’s hang ups on him are. Kings don’t have an LD and need one.

would prefer Iafallo go, to make cap work and be free of his 10-20% of the season ultra slumps.
wouldn't shock to see 1 of Arty or Kupari involved. If Clarke or Vilardi are, I'm livid.

Agree. Byfield/Clarke/Vilardi better not be included. I'm okay giving up a 1st and a couple of really good prospects if we can do a salary dump in the process.
 
Will be really telling if there's any surprise scratches with the Reign tonight.

Let’s see who else might be being scratched tonight. Maybe from the Reign roster - they have a game tonight or from the Kings roster. Did Toronto scratch anyone tonight? I don’t honk all the other potential suitors for JC have played tonight so you’d have to think the trade would be made already if it was any off them.
 
If this was tomorrow, I would think the kings might be in on it. But tonight is Dustin Brown night, it’s been scheduled for months, I can’t see Blake doing anything to take the shine off this night. Has to be another team
