Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. seeing the rich get richer with VEGAS/EDM/COL.....Blake is in the catch22 of all catch22s.
Should totally be a seller at the deadline....but needs to make playoff to save job. Roy will fetch a first and more at the deadline...but trade will signal waving the white flag towards the end of the season. As fans...we know trading Roy the best thing- but Blake hosed on previous trades mean the guy making the decision has seldom got value for his trades. Toffoli for a #2rder for instance...

Which is why it’s nice to let them load up and pass the Kings into second or third, end up in WC 1 and have Vegas and Edmonton beat the shit out of each other.
Toffoli really wasn't worth more than a 2nd rounder when he got traded. Vancouver messed up when they let him walk after he improved his value.

Blake is a dead man walking. Why AEG is gonna let him waste more money and poorly manage assets proves they really don’t give a shit about the team. Winning those two cups checked the boxes and they have moved on. Only one that gives a shit is us. Bluc is all about getting the boys back together and everyone padding their retirement and stroking their egos. They are both idiots and can’t build a team. They don’t have the intellect or tools. I’ve been in the trade Roy camp since the f***ing summer.
We are not one Roy away from a Cup. So f***ing trade him at peak value to continue advancing the development of the rest of the roster.

Trading Roy gives Clarke some room to slot in and play, not to mention valuable assets we badly need for our depleted prospect pool. At this point f*** it, let the kids cook.

Signing Moverare to a 2 yr deal for 775k per, makes him more appealing to me, especially if I'm from an undesirable market. You get to have a player that can be your 6th 7th D and/or top 4 on your farm team

Doubt it, Kings not making aby big moves this deadline. Look til the offseason to make major moves. Ownership must have given their blessings for the Dubois trade and cap issues before trade went down.

Still hoping that Blake sits the TDL out. This roster isn’t in the same breed as the 11-12 roster to barely get in and then bulldoze the opposition. One player addition won’t change that.

If doable, I'd be ok if the Kings were a broker on a retention deal of an expiring contract. Picking up additional draft capital never hurts.
