TBH if Dubas builds a team that fits Sully we can compete. Hex filled the roster with garbage.Too much Sullivan sweet talk. Ugh.
Sullsma has the Bylsma gene.re: Sullivan... honestly I'm close to the point of fatigue even complaining about him. I hate to handwave it but it's just best to hope he figures things out and goes into next season with energy and a willingness to think around some corners instead of plowing headlong into them.
I have the most optimism I've had in probably four years now. Should be a very active and inspiring summer.
He's doing it all. Anyone who is hired as GM will be second in command. So does this mean a GM is going to be hired to work under him or is he doing it all?…
thank god this is done
Dubas is the man. Did a 180 after the press conference.

It would be funny if this team went from the GM having basically total control for decades while president/AGM positions are decidedly farrrrrrr down the totem pole to the exact opposite, eh?
Maybe POHO is the "new GM."
ladies and gentlemen the pundit classLol
Shane O'Brien is on NHL radio. Question was, is Kyle Dubas the guy you let run your organization? he said no. He would have let Hextall and Burke stay another year and go from ther…..

leaf fan coming in peace...Ignore the fellow salty leaf fans. you guys got a good one.
Some leafs fan just disliked him since day one he was hired because he was "young, progressive and was into analytics". Almost of all his moves as a GM always had some kind logic or thinking which you can understand and agree. Obviously not every move worked out but you can have trust in him unlike other former GMs ( cough Brian burke).
As an outsider, I hope pens start an rebuild soon. Dubas and the new GM could make it interesting. I really want to see what dubas can do in a rebuild when he has full power.
Seems younger and better to meOof. Do not want.
The refs hate Bunting, he has a Matt Cooke level rep with them and can’t draw calls anymore to save his life. He is also not very good (lost his top 6 role to Knies the rook in the playoffs).
I want Zucker gone as much as the next guy (more, actually), but we can do better than a Bunting for the top 6.Seems younger and better to me
Sounds like Jason spezza is going to be involved. Not sure what capacity maybe assistant general manager? And then from there we'll see if KD fills the general manager position or, just kind of keeps himself as such for a while longer.Dubas is the man. Did a 180 after the press conference.

He wasn't getting the job that Dubas gotIf Dubas hired Tulsky now that'd be amazing.
Assuming that FSG told him his services won't be wanted here and it's too late now though.
Just wondering if giving Dubas the power to choose his own man now can get him back into the mix.He wasn't getting the job that Dubas got
