Psh...over 25 = washed up scrubs.

In other news, Heatley and Chicago's 1st round entry are available.

Yeah, I am hoping to get some 18 year olds who are blowing it up in the OHL for them, one can only hope.

1st round entry + Ryan O'Reilley for Heatley.

Edit. On second thought that trade may be a steal for you after Heatley demands to be allowed to sign in the KHL after SJ ownership refuses to pay for his weekly manicures.

Are you insinuating that you have the worst team in the league?

I see a pretty solid first line and 1 or 2 solid defensemen with one whom I consider a really legit sleeper (Meszaros). It sucks your goalie is probably a 1b type, but I would hardly call you the worst team, did you see some of the others? :sarcasm:

Don't be so hard on yourself, you have some nice pieces to work with. I am a huge fan of Eric Fehr and I he could become a 30-40-70 powerforward as soon as next season. He put up 39 points in 69 games without hardly any PP time, and was one of the Caps best players down the stretch and in the playoffs. You may have the next Bobby Ryan on your team, that fairly unknown powerforward that breaks out to become a great player.

I watched him in Brandon (WHL) for 4 years so I may be a little biased though ;)

I know Turris and MZA are risky picks since they might not play in the NHL but I think MZA is a lock to make the Rangers because he said he wants to go to the team that will further his development and I think Sather said something along the lines of him probably being on the top 6. Also Rangers could use all the help they can on offence. For Phoenix, after Wolski, who do they have as their 2nd line centermen, Hanzal? I think Turris makes the team and will be their 2nd line centermen.

Just my take on these 2 players haha.

When was the last time a pure power forward had 70 points, John Leclair? I honestly don't think anyone has done it post lockout, it is such a different game now.

Ps. The next Bobby Ryan means he is a 60 point player, like Bobby Ryan is.

your really a Bobby Ryan hater lol. He is still plenty young to start putting up 70-85 points. I'm not saying if it is gonna happen or not, but you make it sound like he is such a bad player lol

I am not terribly disappointed with my team honestly I said that in jest for the most part. I've picked late like 5 times so although it's not exactly what I had in mind it's a decent band of misfits haha.
