Can't find it now but I saw a photo of him tweeted in the tunnel right behind the bench with a bandage wrapped around his finger and in street clothes in the third period.
Fair enough, we were beside the bench. I wasn't keeping track of him, just saw him go off.

Up 5-2 and started looking towards Flint today? Nothing against Guelph (now if it was London....) but no team should have a game where 6 unanswered goals flip the lead. Never mind Jussi and staff....
I can't believe the boys are happy with the outcome. We'll see how unhappy this afternoon.

This should be a great test today to see where this team is at. A good team will find a way to respond.

do you guys still have the 4 OA’s? If so I wonder if Schmidt is getting traded. Or since he’s been in a couple fights lately if he has a hand injury

I wonder what you guys are going to do this year. Obviously not many picks but you have 2 mid round first round picks playing right now lol

They do, but Martin got injured the day before Schmidt was sent back so the timing was perfect. I guess we'll see the extent of Schmidts injury, may just be precautionary, and only out 1 game.

I think the collective here agrees we have no idea what's going to happen.

Oh I see- didn’t know about that

Yeah lol will be very interesting that’s for sure. Hypothetically if they did go all in this year they could trade rehkopf for a bunch next year I’m sure

Good grief, this weekend was a bad one. Credit to OS, Guelph and Flint for showing up. Got the win today but that wasn't the best showing. Take the 2 points and put on a solid road game in Erie this Wednesday.

I didn't think it was that bad. I thought the Rangers tightened up their game especially in the defensive zone.

Draft class looks promising. A lot of offensive talent at the silver stick this weekend with Vaughn as the juggernaut.
Some connections- Hage looks like a top 5 pick if he doesn’t follow his brother footsteps to the USHL. Zhilkins younger brother is fast and shifty, looks to be my early favourite and a 1st round pick.

My takeaway is that after two consecutive losses and then traveling over the border to play on the 3rd, Rangers showed that they can bounce back and not crumble.

PARSONS was stellar......absolutely. As Jussi noted, the Rangers were NOT good for the first 10 minutes. Once settled in, they pushed through several penalties (their jerseys were easier to see apparently) and tightened up their defensive game.

The Sop/Missile/Lam line really stepped up their game. Lam really shone on the 2nd line and is tied for first for Rookies and you can see why!
That Sop goal was a gem and 16 year old Lam shone. And Flint's goalie came up BIG several times to keep Flint in the game. Kudos to him!

Home for a rest and then up to Erie. LET'S GO!

9 games before the break (5 away, 4 home)

Erie (away)
Niagara (home)
Sarnia (away)
Guelph (home)
Brantford (home)
Brantford (away)
Guelph (away)
Soo (home)
Barrie (away)

Only 1 more 3in3 this year, and it's next weekend, AND it's short bus rides. Rangers really lucked out on the schedule this year.

Big games coming in January. Going 7-9 wins before the break would be ideal here.
