The story has been out for a bit now. I guess my question is, how hard is it to get into contact with him? If it's all bogus, wouldn't he have had his agent drop a line quickly to BG that everything was fine?

The only point of conjecture in the story would the current location of Kaprizov. It seems that every Russian player in Russia is potentially in some form of jeopardy based on Fedetov's circumstances.

That coupled with Guerin's response isn't particularly reassuring.

Mostly because the information available thus far isn't reliable. Unless there's something in Russo's article that changes that.
