Natural sugar from fruits is very different though from consuming processed / refined sugar. What’s the saying eat a couple of oranges instead of having a glass of orange juice?

Ish, sugar is sugar to a degree as far as weight loss matters. They say that about orange juice because it’s just way too much. Like anything, it should be done in moderation.

You're quoting someone else I've only been here a short time. But if you wanna hear my opinion about Bedard, I think he's gonna be a special player. The chances of landing him are very slim but less likely things have occurred. I'll be happy with what ever happens this season, I'm keeping my expectations low and just trying to enjoy the moment.

I have been very impressed with this kid. He is a takeaway machine, guy is really good at stripping the puck from his opposition. Great passer too, very smart player. I did find he was letting himself get pushed around too much early in the year but that seems to have slowed down a bit. I don't know if he will ever be a big-time point producing star but he is a very useful player that will make his line better.
