They're not going to start playing hard now. They never came back from their bye week vacation. That first game against the Coyotes at home, they had their bad bye week game, and then lost the next 2 games as well. Lost 6 of the first 8 games after the bye week. Lost 6 of the next 8 games after that win against the Caps. They started the season 0-3, and were never once above .500 in regulation all year. No team in the playoffs has a negative W/L ratio in regulation. Just a shame they were so good in 3v3 OT. Without those extra points, they've got a better pick.

The Kings might be terrible at hockey, but they have a good personality.

This really is one of the most shameful seasons I've witnessed, and this is coming from someone who survived the post-Gretzky era. This is some miserable hockey that we are being subjected to.
