Every good player in the NHL is a skill player.
The whole concept of a "skill player" is kind of a myth.
Call it a loss, onto the next game.
Kopi, Doughty, and Carter. That's it.
Doughty shift wtih McNabb so Gravel is dead.
LaDue next game.
Scuderi called up...
And yeah, we're getting shut out.
It's been all Caps. The last big stop Grubauer had to make was on Brown right at the doorstep. Kings haven't mustered much since then.
This is an offensively challenged team that has a mountain to climb in order to net 3+ goals against competent competition.
I'm ready for a coaching change. I'll let DS ride it out this year out of respect of the 2 cups he helped us win. But I'm really hoping he decides to retire in the summer.
Why have we been wearing our home jerseys on this trip? Did the equipment manager **** up?
The problem isn't Sutter. Was Sutter on the ice for the blown coverage? What about the bad pass to McNabb to lead to the 2-on-0? Did Sutter make that pass?
My post was beyond this game.

What happened to Muzzin?
Still, the problem is not Sutter. Kopitar, Toffoli, & Quick all injured for significant periods, and the Kings in the 1st wild card spot is pretty damn good if you ask me. Only 6 points behind the Oilers with 2 games in hand for 3rd in the division. Despite the circumstances, Sutter has done well with the hand this team has been dealt this season.
