Guaranteed he will come cheaper than Laughton, wonder if the Blues kicking the tires on Laughton were true if they shifted Philly targets when finding the price out on Laughton.

Not that I think Hayes really elevates the Blues either - frankly I think Laughton is the more interesting player. But may be a big price difference in assets.

For STL, Hayes would make sense at 50% or if we are swapping unsavory contracts (Krug for Hayes). I just don't see an actual outcome where the Blues can take the entire brunt of that 7mil contract with their current cap struggles.
