I guess it’s good to understand that you are literally making up your own standards, likely without any medical knowledge.
You don't need medical knowledge to label someone as injury prone.

I will simply not count on someone being the #1C or the #1D if they cannot always be counted upon.

If you have no standard, that is your problem. Keep believing Guhle will play 70+ games.

Respectfully, what are you even talking about? I've never said or even implied this.

Neither of us has a crystal ball, or the education or information to make an informed decision on Guhle's playing future, yet you seem to act like you are an authority on the matter. You are literally making stuff up (your personal standards) and passing it off as some educated opinion.

That's fine I guess, but may I suggest you use "IMO" in the future? Otherwise, you sound like Craig Button rambling on about some crap he just made up to pretend like he's important.

That goes for all of us.

Just saw the Armia goal. Jesus effing. Intercepts a puck shorthanded then just rushes up the ice like a madman.

He's slept on so much. He's the franchise. People wonder if he'll be our future #1, meanwhile he'll be our best player. If Reinbacher ends up better while Guhle hits his ceiling then we have a dynasty lol.

Kid has to stay healthy and my god that's a bigger if than it should be. He needs to bulk up.

It's been pretty f***ing clear to all of us he had that, Marty.

Stop using him like Edmundson.
I'm beyond high on Guhle and I was shocked by that Armia goal.

I don't even think PK pulled off anything like that. That was a pretty hard pass to almost completely cradle like the one he intercepted. That was wild enough but then to just do that short handed? First game back? 21 y/o?

If he bulks up, I'm thinking somewhere between prime Weber prime Pronger. Don't think he'll fill out quite like that but, I get the feeling that if he can, he will. Then it's game over. Too much low key swagger. But those injuries are scary

Like pretty much every player/prospect not named Suzuki.......

He has to stay healthy. Last year, he was our best D by a mile. This year, he has the same potential. Just say off the injured list PLEASE.

He was responsible for a few 2 on 1s against- definitely needs to pick his spots better. Luckily Barron/Allen bailed him out on each.

But the offensive game is really coming along and you can see the upside with his skating and playmaking. Should be a heck of a player.

Guhle obviously has #1 potential. OBVIOUSLY.

But I'm VERY worried about injuries. I've never seen a guy not protect himself so regularly, he keeps taking hits from behind because he's always facing the boards!

I hope for the best for him, but if someone came knocking and offered a real top notch young forward for him, I'd really consider it. Before it's too late. Especially with all the other dmen we have coming up.

I know what you mean. When you see some of the true #1 minute munching guys, they make it look so effortless. There's a certain control and efficiency to their game.

With Guhle, there does seem to be an element of reckless abandon, and while I love watching him play, "effortless" is not an adjective that comes to mind when I watch him play.

I don't know if his current way is sustainable, but one can also argue that it can come with experience, and that time is on his side.

Guhle is our Jake Sanderson (with less offense and more physicality) coach need to give him more pp time and he need stay healty more often. Injurires are a big part why i'm not sold on him being a future#1 hope he prove me wrong.

If Guhle gets a bit bigger and stronger I hope that would alleviate some of his injury woes because he has #1 D written all over him. He is an elite skater, incredibly smart anticipating plays. The way he broke up that pass late on the PK and just took off up the ice was awesome to watch.

Honestly with Guhle and Matheson, if they play all year, there is no way we end up with a top 5 pick. They are simply too good and have to big of an impact on the game. And that does not include Barron emergence.

Hutson and Reinbacher are coming.

We are about to be in such a massive spot defensively holy wow.

I can tell you all from experience, you get bigger and stronger as you age. 21 is still a kid. He will be the Habs version of Makar.
