Respect for Josh Norris’ look on Faces Magazine and a turtle neck that Drake would welcome at his Christmas Party - unreal look and vibe coming off him in that photo. It’s a new Standard for Ottawa and his teammates better be paying attention because Josh Norris is Ottawa’s best dressed and took the title from Justin Trudeau with that cover

If he keeps up this pace and scores 40 goals it's going to be interesting watching Dorion get that contract done this summer.

There's no way we're getting him for less than 7 if it's 6+ years. He's probably putting up 35+ goals as a 1C and Suzuki got just under 8M for scoring at a 22 goal 60 point pace.

He should not get more than Batherson. To be fair his production is literally because of Batherson

He has a long long long way to go before proving himself to be a legit #1 Center.

Come on now Brady and Josh have scored 12 goals in the last 5 games Batherson has been great but everyone is doing what needs to be done. Batherson isn't running up all those assists without some great shooting from those other guys.

Yea, no way he making less than 7 mil now.

Looking like 7 .5 mil x 8. Ugh.

Even if he falls back to last years pace he will score over 30. The way his wingers are playing combined withe the number of shots he is taking I don't see him cooling of that much.
It could be seriously expensive

Statistically he's now producing at a better ppg rate than Suzuki since starting in the NHL. 12th in goal scoring right now. He could ask for 8 even.

His progression has been pretty spectacular. Incredible he turned out to be this good.

Looking good on that top line. Hope he earns a big payday. If he gets a big ticket, that is great news for Ottawa, means they have another stud signed long-term.

Getting upset a player is playing too well for us to keep long term.

Just Sens fan things.

Would be nice to have an owner that spends to the cap. This obvious internal budget situation will definitely hurt the team's chances at success long-term.

If he costs us less then 7m, I'm good.
No chance IMO. 7 starts the bidding if he continues playing like this - and I'm not 100% sold on him. Not that I dislike him, I like him a lot as a player, but can he sustain these levels, how would he be away from Batherson and Chucky? Many questions. Still...he's a core piece right now and has chemistry with the three headed monster of that top line - AND is young, so yeah...won't be a negative signing likely.

I must say I get a kick out of some of this and it also makes me sad.

At first he wasn't good enough (a 3C) then he had a glimmer of upside in the AHL after dominating that league then he was maaaybe a 2C after showing he could score at the NHL level and having a strong season now the question is has he become too good too fast or are we screwing ourselves by playing him with good players.

What the org has done the fanbase is crazy!! We have a young top line that looks like they are going to be upper echelon in the league and we are conditioned to fear it.

I hope he keeps it up...signs for 7ish and we kick the Leafs butt the first season we make the play-offs.
