IMO going forward Scheifele and Laine will become the dominant pairing and whoever is on the other wing will reap the rewards. Both Ehlers and Connor are great players and add different elements but IMO we are seeing the early stages of what a Scheifele-Laine tandem will bring.

IMO going forward Scheifele and Laine will become the dominant pairing and whoever is on the other wing will reap the rewards. Both Ehlers and Connor are great players and add different elements but IMO we are seeing the early stages of what a Scheifele-Laine tandem will bring.

They look good together - and it all comes from Laine learning to play a complete game.
I'm impressed with how he is working this season - and I can just imagine what that line will do (regardless who is playing the other wing),
once they start going in for Patty.
