I wounder what our former prospect Nathan Smith thinks now, refused to sign with Jets beacuse he wanted NHL-time and now down in Tucson,

Despite the fact that he was sent down, I yhink he’s going to be one of those that wr looks back on and say “if only we would have been able to sign him.”
He would have been a nice piece.
 
This is worth repeating after watching Rash’s goals Lamberts play with of course some of the other recent draft picks play recently

The last two drafts have been stellar and honestly exited about all of them.

I know not all will make it but right now I’m more excited than I’ve been with our group of prospects for a while.

Something I didn't notice on first watch, Rashevsky wasn't the man taken down on the breakaway. Not sure if the KHL lets teams choose who takes penalty shots or if the original guy was injured. In any case nice that Rashevsky got the opportunity.
 
Wagner is going to get a lot of games this year. They keep sending him down on off days to play with the U20 team and then calling him up for the SHL. He's listed as having played in all 6 of Linkoping's SHL games and 6 of 11 of the U20 games.
