Really good? I mean he’s doing all the right things, looking for teammates, but also taking the shot when it’s there, I like how he plays a full game, he will finish checks and throw hits. The game sort of comes to him naturally, he and Guenther has amazing connection. He did a backwards pass to Guenther and Guenther almost got a goal, positioning is really good.

Very crucial! I feel like the depth of the team and the pace of the play favors us and we grind them down a bit

He was excellent last night. Played a ton and against the top 2 lines of the Blazers. Really strong 2 way game. One of the better complete games I have seen him play.

Night and day difference between the guy I saw at the World Juniors to the guy last night.

That is what I thought, strange that the NHL players need the paper transaction but players like Chibrikov, Zhilkin, and Kuzmin can step right in.

Because they don't want teams stacking the deck with NHLers. The Jets easily could have made Perfetti eligible though.

Yeah I understand that, but considering the way around it is a quick paper transaction it's strange for it to even be a thing and not a lot of teams have more than a couple waiver ineligible players that they could send down anyways.

Love how Lambert appears to throw down two of his teammates in the immediate celebration. One to his right then another to his left fell over as they skated in to join the OT win celebration in front of him.
