I have to say, this was the first loss in a while that has me really fired up and angry. Chevy needs to get off his hemorrhoid ass and build a team with some heart and work ethic.

Vancouver will play the Flames tough at home they probably roll over the Preds and Sharks at home, so the Jets really need to beat the Preds and Sharks and have the Canucks beat the Flames, Jets will back into the playoffs but at least they have a chance to make it

Jets don’t like to make it easy for themselves, that’s for sure. That was a pretty brutal showing. The free fall down the standings is quite spectacular. I don’t feel great about their chances even if they squeak their way into the playoffs… this core has not been good for awhile now and there really needs to be some changes in the offseason.

The only problem I had with tonight's game was Wheeler ... seriously how many times did he give the puck away. A bounce here or there the Jets could of won easily ... instead of 2-0 its 1-1 s**t happens.
How many breakaways did the Jets have?
I'm not worried about Calgary ... they don't look like a playoff team.

I have no stats to back this up but we must be absolutely horrible in coming from behind in the third period.. amongst the bottom third in the league? I can hardly remember any games that we’ve come from behind to win in the 3rd period this season. It’s sad that when I see a one goal lead from the opponent I don’t have much faith that we’re still firmly in the game.

The Jets have a game in hand over the Flames, and also should they end up tied, the Jets would win the tiebreaker from their better record against the Flames. We're sitting not to bad, but the Jets are going to have to play with some intensity, and take little to no "penalties."

I still like our chances, but it won't be easy.
