I clearly didn't make my point clear enough, so I'll clarify.
What I meant by my post is that when Scheif and Connor were getting caved in by the Avs top two lines (2nd and 3rd) we saw Arniel pull out the blender and that is a good thing. When things aren't working, he is willing to make adjustments to try and get things to stabilize.
That is a good thing. I also think that for the majority of time, Scheif and Connor should absolutely be played together. I'm not in the camp of "split them up", but I am in the camp of the coach changing things up within a single game to stabilize and preserve a lead like Arniel did yesterday.
