Man, get Stanley out of the lineup for the love of God.
Anyone saying he is picked on and is playing better and well enough to be in the lineup is severely mistaken.
He simply does not have the hockey sense and speed to perform in this league. He fools some by looking ok against weaker teams and players, but is severely exposed against many.
He will kill us in playoffs if he is in.

I missed the first 5 minutes, then watched the Jets dominate, after 2 decided to play some cards thinking it was in the bag, and had to come back to watch the 5-3 kill.

Hellebuyck earned win #300, and did it in grand fashion.

3 lines scored, PP scored. PK got some results, with a heavy load.

Jets win, Stan is the nemesis in spite of the win, and the 2nd line is a problem.

I guess the universe is aligned.

Heinola and Coghlan were sharp, from everything I saw, and got a lot of praise from Arniel, playing in all situations. Wonder if Arniel sticks with them after getting tested in the troubled waters.

Morrissey is taking a beating in this homestand. But I suspect he'll be back for the next one.

He had a good run for a few games there. Looked alright with Pionk. But he had a terrible night. Bad penalty. That Hainsey goal was just bad luck.

Iafallo had a really good game as did Pionk and Helle.
Stanley is regressing to his norm and could have easily cost us the game.
We need some size on that 2nd line.
4th line had a great game.
Chevy, trade for Cozens.

NSH sucks.
Agreed that Big Stan is a big problem
I think if Stamkos does not get hurt that NSV ties the game and possibly wins the game

Me, as a Jets fan, including myself as part of the team by posting/saying "we won"

The Jets won - and so did we.

Hopefully JMo is OK. Fingers crossed that it’s just a charley horse type bruise and he’s back Friday or game to game.

Good to see the rested bunch get back into the W column.

(Unrelated question while watching the Flames v Ducks game…how the f**k does Hrudey still have his job??)

Apart from the Connor penalty the refs didn't make any wrong calls.
Hmmm.. but the Connor call led to a 5v3, which is a highly significant penalty. Conversely, they missed at least two clear penalties by the Preds, including an interference / pick on Iafallo on the PK. They were definitely calling it by the score, and then it ran out of control when the Jets took some legit penalties.

The only problem I have with the high sticking double is that it's cause by a trip that throws the player off balance how are supposed to control your stick in that situation.
Imagine if that happened in a deciding playoff game? That's a penalty that should be reviewable. I know guys get that penalty all the time accidentally hitting a guy in the face but not because they were tripped and on said trip their stick comes up. What a great kill by the Jets though.

They do not win without Helly. The Jets were lucky to win. They did lose Jmo but NSV lost Stamkos a pp specialist.
Not impressed except for the pk at the end but they got job done.
Lack of attention to detail and Stanley are major issues
Lucky to win? Nashville had 16 PP minutes to our 4 and we still won 5-2 . I'm starting to think you aren't watching these games fairly.
