As unenjoyable a win as you can get.

Who's up next?
San Jose next but they gotta fly there..

I would say most of their wins are not enjoyable but as they say it is a tough league to win in.
Leafs also lost so that is a positive outcome even if this is their year to win the cup.

Welp…they can’t all be pretty but it’s still a win for the good guys!

Funny how some posters only show up when the team loses. I reeeeealy miss their critical analysis right about now.
I would say they win inspite of themselves and because of Helly yet again. I fear he will be burnt out by the playoffs and until.they get their system in place the rest of the games will resemble this with the outlier being a game like the one vs Boston where that team simply failed to show up

At this time time of year it's a grind. Games are about doing what it takes to win. Wasn't pretty. But was enough.

I like the way Namestnikov and Perfetti are playing well without Ehlers. The Ehlers injury has taken an element of attack from the team but I think you are seeing guys step up in different ways.

Perfetti made some real nice plays that led to the Jets 2nd goal. If you listen to the coach he's definitely trying to win zone time, and Perfetti's work helped set up an offensive zone line change that set up the Jets 2nd goal. Love Lowry winning a net battle with two guys to score that one.

Special teams made the difference. 2-0 victory on that front. And goaltending of course. The Laine-Helle battle was a good one. Advantage goalie.

Chippy game, lots of stick work, but needed that victory to get the 5 points out of the homestand that keeps pushing the pace in the West.

I miss Laine, I gotta admit
Was nice seeing him get a few shots. Despite him wearing habs gear and jackets gear before that, I can’t get used to him without a Jets logo

I really like Chibrikov. I am expecting he will get sent back to moose but oh man he is a delight to watch.

I am struggling to defend Stanley and it’s a sticking point for me as to why the coaching staff keeps using him. He isn’t even really that good on the pk.

he had that one check in the second where he bounced off the smaller defender and fell down.

Miller had a good game. Was I hallucinating or was he on the top pairing with JMO briefly?
He was I think.

DeMelo was with Stan a bit too but Arniel switched them again

Glad we squeaked out a win, but we just don't seem to have the drive and domaninace we had at the beginning of the season. Will that come back? I honestly don't know and am nervous for how the rest of the season will play out.

Not the Jets A game but thank god they didn't lose because this place would be so damn negative. 22-9-1 is a great record so far, there are fans of other teams that would kill to have the Jets as their team, just saying.

Re: Game
Helle and a few others showed up.
No energy, no urgency at all.
That’s not a good habit to nurture, Arniel needs to put that shit to an end .

Why is there a fear of Helly being tired but if you say that about the players being tired people think it's a joke? Just wondering.

There is a pattern established,so it’s not entirely incorrect to assume the pattern won’t repeat itself.

To clarify, Helle’s tiredness manifests itself as mental fatigue by the time playoffs begin, plus he plays more than most goalies.
Last night Helle wasn’t a passenger ( never usually is )
There were lots of floating around last night.
A win is always good, but cmon it’s an entertaining industry too

I agree Helly hasn't been good in the last 2 playoffs but i don't think it was from being tired i just think he didn't play well .
