As the season goes along good teams win games in different ways. Today Helly was the difference. Other games when he was a bit off, other players were the difference. This is starting to look like a real complete team where everyone steps up as needed.

I didn't feel like Colorado outplayed us as a team, just seemed like their top players outclassed our entire team. That's what makes me uncomfortable, they don't have the depth right now but they still looked like the better team.

I should try and build a database of "goaliing and getting goalied" to see what teams are positive or negative on that on a season by season basis.

I assume every NHL team is on both sides of this kind of game pretty evenly throughout a season. Even bad goalies can find an insane game every now and then.
