Everyone was THINKING it lol

You and @John Agar are the only dumbasses SAYING it

Just replied to a crass DM from @Tasteless Beaver

I thought it was universally known that you don't say "shutout" when a goalie is working on a shutout in hockey...

Do people not know this?
Holy shit dude. I try to deal with you privately like an adult for rude remarks, and you go ahead and play public victim anyway. Get a life.

There was some of that for sure - the Aves played like they wanted this one badly.
Helle stole this one - but that's what we pay him to do once in a while.
I didn't feel like Colorado outplayed us as a team, just seemed like their top players outclassed our entire team. That's what makes me uncomfortable, they don't have the depth right now but they still looked like the better team.

Shutout # 40 for Helle. That's an okay round number.

Historically, the most shutouts by an American born goalie:

Jonathan Quick (60), Ryan Miller (44), Craig Anderson (43), Frank Brimsek (40), and John Vanbiesbrouck (40)

Could see him getting into 2nd place by the end of the year.

Wow...

HOF incoming...

I have no problem with you airing your grievances with me publicly. I'm a big boy, I can take it...

And jokes, I can take those too. And a little bit of ribbing/shit talking. Also very takeable

What's your excuse?
I should try and build a database of "goaliing and getting goalied" to see what teams are positive or negative on that on a season by season basis.

I assume every NHL team is on both sides of this kind of game pretty evenly throughout a season. Even bad goalies can find an insane game every now and then.
