Hard to believe the Avs have the record they do. It was them vs Hellebuyck for two periods.
Everyone was THINKING it lolWishful thinking isn't a jinx - it gets it done. Try it sometime.
Paul is starting to look a little but creepily mutated now
I didn't realize you were playing 4 dimensional jinx chess. My apologiesYou're all welcome.
Normally their freaking goalie allows like 8 goals! No idea what got into him today.Hard to believe the Avs have the record they do. It was them vs Hellebuyck for two periods.
Now was that his greatest performance as a Jet? I think it might be.Also as is tradition:
Not to overreact, but Connor Hellebuyck is the greatest Winnipeg Jet of all time.
2... steps... ahead.I didn't realize you were playing 4 dimensional jinx chess. My apologies
I'm beginning to think they may have made a misjudgment there.Hot take:
The Hockey News was incorrect when they ranked Stuart Skinner as a better goaltender than Connor Hellebuyck.
REGRESSION!Normally their freaking goalie allows like 8 goals! No idea what got into him today.
I can't help but think two things.I'll take the 2 points but that was tough to watch. Looked like the same team that got pumped in the playoffs and a bit of a sobering reminder of that despite the record so far.
I'll give Arniel credit for proactively making the line switch which did help a bit in the 3rd, previous Jets coaches waited to get scored on or something bad happening before making that switch.
Helle was the difference.
Helle is one player on the team as much as I love him. Every game we have a different hero.Jets got the W, but without Helly that was definitely a tick in the loss column.
Played well the first half of the game, then Colorado pushed and the Jets just couldn't keep up.
