The thing that's been in the back of my mind is that every time they go to the negotiating table it seems like it's been a mess, each party is way off on expectations and are unable to meet in the middle. These negotiations tend to end with someone being upset. Plus, he won't be a RFA next time, so there is no guarantee he stays.
