It's been pretty good so far. Between 2016 and 17', they're making up for 2014, which set this team back quite a ways.

Its way more efficient to work for a team than manage a training practice,
the team covers the expenses and logistics, provides the space and the equipment and facilities and the clientele,
he just has to focus on their training

in many ways its a better gig, even if the total revenue might be less, he has no expenses/logistics to manage, and way more time

he is probably free off-season to work with anyone

A guy like Oates could double up on the skills and PP. Doesn't have to be him, but an asset of that mold.

I saw Buch and Kreids are doing a youth hockey camp for the Rangers, which I presume means they will be training with Prentiss again. Not really a surprise about Kreider, since he always trains there, but its kind of surprising Buch is again spending the offseason in NA. Would be nice if he could bring Shestyorkin along for next summer. He could even train with Quick, who a lot of people compare him to.
