I saw Buch and Kreids are doing a youth hockey camp for the Rangers, which I presume means they will be training with Prentiss again. Not really a surprise about Kreider, since he always trains there, but its kind of surprising Buch is again spending the offseason in NA. Would be nice if he could bring Shestyorkin along for next summer. He could even train with Quick, who a lot of people compare him to.

Gotta think Buch is around NA to train at Prentiss to get further in shape and possibly help Bereglazov transition to NA (who might also be training at Prentiss, I imagine, like Buch last year).

Yeah, I was thinking that might be a possibility. Not sure. I'm not really worried about that. Bereglazov signed with us already. Kid seems very stable, already is married, he's staying here, I don't anticipate any problems, seems very mature.

I'd like to see the other one get over to NA for him to learn the language, and be immersed in the culture for a summer before he joins the team, might even push him to buy out the last year of his deal and sign a year early. Judging by his instagram, he's on an escapade around Europe this summer with Sorokin and some others. Would be nice to get him over here next summer, he's never even showed up for a prospect camp or training camp.

Interview with Prentiss. He didn't really say much. Seems like he tries to not brag too much about his business. Did name drop Kreider, Buch, and also a few former Rangers like Beaver and MSL. Staal and Nieves also work with him if you go by his website, and then Shatty, although this interview wasn't that recent. The only one who he more than listed was Kreider, and said that Kreider embraces his program as much as anyone, including throughout the season, and he has as good of a power+speed combination in the NHL.
