Peoples' patience has worn extremely thin, especially after the season opening garbage. After a decent start, they have regressed yet again, and are once more losing battles, losing races, and their effort has dipped again. This is what I'm talking about.. where the hell is the professionalism? It's the SECOND f***ing game of the season and they are already starting to phone it in, again.

Of course! It’s how they are drawing it up.
It’s like, the coaching staff picked out everyone of our defence cores weaknesses and built a system specifically to highlight everything they suck at. Our team is strong at zone denials (legit they are) let’s have the system let the opposing team in and just limit chances in the zone, our biggest weakness. Then the only way to properly clear that zone with that system is cleaning passing…which we suck at.

Good thing that Brown is the only addition to our team when we lost Kostin and Bjugstad. I guess we need to see more of the likes of Ceci, Broberg and Desharnais to realize their limitations.

Better start and work ethic, but man, do they ever look out of sync which allowed vancouver to claw back into this one.

The breakout is especially a mess, they look like they're just flipping it down the ice hoping to hit a teammate, but passing overall is just terrible. They're also struggling to chain passes on the cycle, struggling to get shots off cleanly, struggling to enter the zone, struggling to hold pucks at the line, you name it and the Oilers are failing at it right now.
