No offense, but it might do you some good to get in a rear-end accident.So both cars are going 80km … the car in front decides to break abruptly, causing the car behind him to hit him.
Are you blaming the second car then?
You are under the mistaken impression that if you are the second car in your scenario, that you aren't somehow going to get the ticket AND foot the insurance bill.
Nothing helps educate the uneducated like real world experience.
