I can still grow hair and it is growing prolifically pretty much everywhere except for this tiny bald spot at the top back of my head. It's amazing how much it grows on my eyebrows, in my nose and in my ears! It's turning grey now but not fully grey on my head but my beard is no longer reddish. I am starting to look like Santa Clause with the beard, except for the hair on my head.

Lifting weights and intense workouts can also be very stressful on the joints. It's a sport in of itself really.

I try not to cause any undue stress to my joints; that is why I have a recliner in front of my TV!
