Why do people use still photo's of things that other angles show clear neck/jaw contact.

This clearly shows after contact view. The fact he offered up the elbow shows intent.

There is zero question about his intent. WHether Erod got right up or laid on the ice, it doesn't change the INTENTIONAL extended elbow. That alone is enough to warrant a game. That's his warning. The next one will be min of a game or 2.
