Dirty play and can really wreck someone's career with a hit like that. Something Fabbri is all too aware of with knee injuries...

Not sure that was Hughes' intention but that's just a very dangerous and reckless play.

Doesn’t seem intentional but it’s a dangerous knee on knee hit that resulted in injury.

Don’t see how this isn’t at least a fine.

You can tell from the second angle he was trying to get him with his upper body more than he did. The fact that his upper body goes back and down faster than his lower should show that he put a lot of his force into the body. Both players legs sticking out so far made it look worse than it was.

Typically, bad knee on knees have the guy who got hit flying forward, not backward.

Don't think it's dirty. Just think it shows that Jack Hughes is pretty inept. He's only 18 and will surely grow as a player. But for stretches this season he's looked horrible. He should be in the AHL not thrust onto a bottom feeding team.
