The amount of people who thought this guy was a leader because he never smiled, trained relentlessly, and played 25 minutes/game was a hoot. Is that culture?

That's another thing about him in CBJ. Top pairing isn't going to happen. Our experience with that was Provorov began to sulk when played down the roster. Werenski will be top pair and on the #1 PP both positions which Provorov covets. It'll be interesting to see how Provorov in CBJ plays out.Hard to see him on the top pair there when they have Werenski making $9.583m till 2028.
