Did you not see him in the beginning of the season? You can disagree all you want, but the advanced stats, regular stats (he was a +6 or +7, leading the team), and eye test show that he was good defensively. But I think he’s having confidence issues now, and he can’t get into a groove while being played on and off.

Loved that out the whole sequence on the first goal against all that was said of Pionk was: 'he is such a good passer.' If Shattenkirk makes that pass, we'd hear he made it, not 'The Rangers.' It's not cause to root against Pionk, but it's pushing it...

Sure, if you want to put it like that. I do think we’re pretty bad, but not this bad. That win streak was an illusion for sure, but these last few games shouldn’t be the only games taken into account.
