He was a free agent.
Man how did we get Pyatt for free
Pageau, EK, Pyatt and Phaneuf have been fantastic this game so far
It's about time he got some respect around here.
I would think Pyatt is going to want a raise and a one way deal.
Outshot 14-5 in the second, outscore the other team 2-0.
The Guy Boucher special
Definitely. I think we'll try to bring him back 3 yrs @ 4.5mil total, or something like that. Might not be enough to get it done.
I think if he gets just over 1 million per and a one way that would be fine for him.
The quality of our shots though vs what we gave NYI that period. I'll take those 5 shots any day than their perimeter 14 shots
Powerboats flattered the shot totals.
You could certainly be right, but as a fan, I would be happy giving him 1.5mil over a few years. I suspect other GMs would be, too. So, the real question is - how committed is Pyatt to the Sens vs how committed is Pyatt to the payday?
He got talked into coming back to the Nhl by Guy they see to be close from there Switzerland days.
I feel like people have been pretty happy with Pyatt since the beginning of the season, the Tom Pyatt signing thread was pretty positive regarding him in October

He's been one of our most consistent players this season.
I would say he is at a point in his career that he won't take a chance on going to a new team with a different system. He is going to stay with Boucher. You could certainly be right, but as a fan, I would be happy giving him 1.5mil over a few years. I suspect other GMs would be, too.
