Hank has the track record to make me think this season is an aberration. If he has a subpar next year then i'll start complaining about that contract. 30~ games of below average-to-average goaltending after years of dominance sn't enough to make me sour on Hank.

That being said, Rick Nash needs to go. I hope everybody crying about Lundqvist has already given up hope on Nash, because if not all the tears are misplaced.

Lundqvist is mentally weak and can't handle the pressure of carrying a piss-poor team to the playoffs kicking and screaming anymore. Obviously.

You know, Staal was terrible for most of the season, but I wonder if his injury has had a role in this slump. They were 15-14 when he went down with at injury.

If you count the OT Gelinas goal, they're 1-7 since his injury.

Because if we didn't pay Hank we'd have saved a ton of money to spend on great players like Rick Nash, and Cam Talbot could've carried us to the SCF.

So hard to watch this team. Lundvquist stopped 1 of 4 difficult shots he had tonight. Major defensive lapses that no NHL team should have.I just want this season to end.

Henrik sucked tonight. Looked bad on the penalty shot and that 3rd goal was awful. I'm willing to give him more time due to the track record, but other than a small handful of games this season, he has ranged from mediocre to terrible.
