Btw wtf was with Romanov and Mayfield vehemently arguing the ref over two of the most blatant penalties I’ve ever seen? Romanov directly hooking Mika’s hands while he has the puck and Mayfield cross checking Vesey into the boards from behind. Not even close to a dive on that one, insane thing to be arguing.

Two very clear and obvious penalties right in front of the ref on players who have the puck and these two morons are arguing like they weren’t even in the zone or something.

Trouba was fine tonight.

My speculation is that he had a wrist injury and that it's run its course. He's back to blasting shots from the point and playing much better.

If this were the NBA they would have gotten a tech, one thing I'm happy about the NHL is they don't make nearly as many "refs feelings were hurt" penalties like other sports.

To me, this game is so similar to the movie,... It's a Wonderful Life. George loses the bank's money, and feels horrible and despondent, just like Kakko did giving up that goal, but in the end, it really is just a wonderful life. LOL!
