Is anyone cheering for the Edmonton Oilers as the only Candian team alive?

Its almost as if the Leafs are getting better and better while eliminated and not playing simply because of what a real Cup contender TB is doing in the playoffs. :wg:

I only cheer for the Leafs and no other team. I do, however, laugh at Edmonton's futility against a legitimate contender like Colorado. Totally outclassed in every facet imaginable. Smith is comical to watch. He finds new and innovative ways to give up a highlight reel dumpster fire goal every game he's in. That 4th goal against was HILARIOUS in game 2. Nurse 9.5 million dollars? Dude is trash and it showed in game 4. Was a -3. Horrible player.

Also, I can't believe Nick Paul lived a few blocks away from me all these years and I had no clue. That little Crt is filled with my son's friends. Damn.
 
I seriously doubt anyone in Vancouver, Calgary and Winnipeg are cheering for them, so we are all on the same boat actually.
 
I'm cheering for them. I want them to do well. McDavid is fun to watch. I'm surprised so many have an opinion considering I thought most of you stopped watching.
 
3-0 for Naz. All you boys rooting for a suspension should be ashamed. How's that for a heart and soul win? Let's just pretend that's the blue and white on his crest.

Why would I cheer for anyone else, than Toronto?

Doesn't mean that I don't follow the sport after Toronto gets eliminated - I love hockey, I just don't know how I could cheer for another team, regardless of the situation.

Yep, and if he had done that in a Leaf uniform, it would have been 5 and a game with a suspension for the rest of the playoff series. I await to see what the DOPS does this time, specially since Kadri is the VICTIM this time !!!

I dunno he's a good 2-4 option honestly apparently he's playing quite injured if the reports are to be believed... He's not a tire fire more like a small brush fire

LOL. I understand the natural resentment the relentless trolling can cause. I cut them slack since they are obviously brainwashed from birth to hate Ontario. People tend to blind to their own faults.

Hating people that don't even know why they hate you is just wasted energy. They deserve our pity. That being said, they are probably the only fan base that would be more unbearable than us if winning a Cup.

Probably better for everyone they get swept.
