KHL current jerseys are hard to find. At least most of the current ones. Been looking for an authentic shesty for a time.

Anyway we all should try to watch or listen to this game. Sorokin being an isles prospect means he's the bad guy. Let's go Czar

Edit: Killed it off, the St Petersburg got one, no goals from it but Kovalchuk still has some wheels. Damn. 1-1 still

I'm not sure if he's just bored or really this poor positionally, but Sorokin's flying out his crease on every shot to cut down the angle way too much. No way what he's trying would work in the NHL. He'd be picked apart like that. He's leaving so many wide open nets for rebounds.

People say Shestyorkin is an acrobatic goalie, but Sorokin makes Shestyorkin looks like a goalie who stays deep in his net.
 
Stopped a point blank shot on a semi-breakaway. Now CSKA is going on a PP with 33 seconds, so it will be exicing for Shesterkin... then the refs call a penalty on a CSKA player who retaliated against Dadonov for hitting his teammate. CSKA lost the chance to get a late game PP.

Now CSKA took a penalty with 11 seconds and SKA will finish the game with a very brief PP. The guy who took this penalty for CSKA is an Islander draftee that half this forum wanted instead of Stepan in 2008.
