I thought this was exactly the type of game they needed. Shittsburgh pushed the pace and honestly could have put this game out of reach through 2 periods, but they didn't. Rangers responded well in the 3rd. Looking forward to some intense hockey from here on out.

He was actually looking pretty rough for a few games leading up to that too. Let's hope he can find his level by the time the playoffs start, he has an X factor last year defensively for us.

I've been saying for awhile now it's clearly intentional. He used to be a GREAT analyst, but last 2-3 years he gave up trying to be impartial. His anti-NYR bias is basically tattooed on his chest at this point.

New generation of players and fans who know the post game media availability is complete nonsense. 10 years ago Larry and Vince might have had people go to bat for them on this issue but not in 2023. Even when the players are available the reporters ask garbage questions anyway so I have no problem with doing away with the entire routine altogether. Designate one or two guys and the coach to be available after games and that's it.

Yeah. Different story if the best reporters are doing better questions…would have been interested to hear the beats push back on why Kravtsov sat. ‘He’s not a fourth liner’ is bogus. But they don’t. They’re not making a strong case for their existence, let alone for being catered to.

Must say I am impressed with Tanks physical play and ability to go into the dirty areas.I think him and Vinnie are going to be monsters for us in the playoffs.I would resign Tank if the price was right.He is a gamer
