Hutson has been looking so dominant on the ice this year so far, i think a lot of you guys are insane for underestimating him because he's a few inches shorter than you'd like him to be.

Nope we just see through your bullshit. Painfully obvious you are trying to hype Hutson up as if there isn’t already a thread for him going strong which you contribute to already. Zero reason this would need to be a completely different discussion otherwise.

Nothing says “I’ve got nothing to actually say here” more than turning to the “I’m such an intellectual thinker” routine on a hockey message board.
You think you're better than OP but you're here repeatedly posting angry messages trying to be the thread police.

You just wanna be mad at something.

I'd still take Cooley over Hutson. They both have high ceilings, but Cooley has a higher floor. Cooley is also more projectable to the NHL.

You mean like when Philly took 6’2 Patrick over 5’11 Makar

Or maybe Philly taking 5’11 York over 5’7 Caufield

Great argument though with the height thingy

You have to understand it will affect Dmen?

Makar is listed 7cm taller than Hutson, that’s a huge difference.

You have to have concerns how is he going to handle guys like Matthews, Barkov, Tkachuk and so on

Your PPE pre physical participation is required by the NCAA. It’s under your NCAA login for eligibility each year.

Stop pretending dude. You’re embarrassing yourself.
I know they are, my entire argument is that the heights and weights from those physicals are not entered into the official rosters….

Just to clarify....are we sure it's two inch height difference? Any reports on their growth plates? Also, what are their parents respective heights?

I think a bit too much is made of height and not enough about weight, right now thats his biggest concern. Those small skill guys are usually highly elusive but like Girard found out, 1 hit from someone significantly bigger than you can cause major problems.

His numbers are highly impressive but hes still got a long way to go. Kind of like Dumais leading the CHL in points, its impressive but I dont think it means hes the best player in the CHL or going to have the best career because of it.

What are we discussing? 2 months into a season? Small sample size.

I don't think Cooley is relevant to the discussion.

The discussion should be is Lane Hutson going to be one of the biggest steals of the draft, if not the greatest steal of the draft?

Logan Cooley looks like a blonde Paul Dano.

Lane Hutson is so tiny probably won't amount to anything in the NHL.

If I'm Cooley I'm more worried about outperforming his teammate Snuggerud.

Sure. Juste like DeBrincat. And Gaudreau. And Caufield. And Spurgeon. And Atkinson. And Zuccarello. And Marchessault.

LOLOL
proven wrong and can't accept it

"I always said I was 185 when in reality I never even touched 180 in my life"

medical departments and physicals done by athletic department dont run on the """"TRUST ME BRO"""" method of testing

If Hutson and Cooley have their heights listed on the Athletic department website
THOSE ARE THEIR HEIGHTS, end of story.
No. You’re wrong. The other guy is right. And he’s looking much better in this exchange.

You just named All forwards except for spurgeon. Being a 5'8 dman is different. The odds are just against him. Blinding yourself to that is foolish.
