Or, you could actually just take the anonymous quotes as they are. With Carolina, the complaints were specifically about Dundon trying to get involved. Nobody had a bad word to say about Tulsky, it's just that when you think you are negotiating with Tulsky, all of a sudden Dundon comes in calling. With other front offices in that poll, the agents had specific gripes with the general managers (or assistant GM with the Ducks). With Carolina, it's the owner.
