Are you saying this ISN'T JR's fault, or that he won't think it's his fault? Because agreed if it's the later. If it's the former... oh lawd. The only two people this comes back to are JR and Karmanos, they're where the buck stops for this org.

We need to revamp our player development entirely (expand scouting and change coaching staffs at the AHL level) and to stop giving away bad contracts like candy, and then throwing in useful assets in order to get rid of said bad contracts.
